1.How long will my order take?  
In general orders take 2-4 business days to process and 4-8 business days for shipping.

2.Can I get a refund or exchange?
Due to sanitary reason there are NO refund or exchange on items due to sanitary reasons.

  3.I did not receive my order?
In the unfortunate even you didn't receive a package, you will need to check your tracking number and or your local post office. We are NOT responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items. Please contact Your local post office.

  4.what if I received the wrong lash?
In the event that you received the wrong lash/es with that exception you will be eligible for an exchange before 28 days after receiving your order. You will need to send in a video and pictures as proof that you have received the wrong item and that the ash has not been used or altered. Please NOTE that all lashes HAVE to be in its original package untouched, unused. If the Packaging looks altered or tampered with you will not be eligible for an exchange. The name of the lash is on the package, which means that in the event it is the wrong lash/es it can be seen without the need to open or take it out of the packaging. We WILL not accept it. Lashes have to be unused and or uncut. Once we receive the items back and have done a thorough check your items will be processed. You will be responsible for shipping. 5.Can I get a refund/exchange if I’m not happy? As explained at number 2 & 4.
There is NO refund or exchange of hair and lashes due to sanitary reasons.

  6.Can I get a refund after a pr-order has been made?

Our Pr-order are done when stocks are unavailable and is being manufactured or being ship from country of origin. Therefore if you cancel or refund a pr-order you will be charged a 30% pr-order fee.

All Ready to ship orders are shipped within 1-2 business days a 2pm or next day if order afer 2pm.

If you purchase a custom order and a ready to ship order, all orders will be shipped same time once the custom order is completed.
