Upon the purchase of our products an email will be sent to you for confirmation of your purchase. If more than 48 hours and you have not responded to confirm your order, it will be canceled.

- Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of original purchase date.
- Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items.

At Rated B For Beauty LLC we are committed to providing you with the best and highest quality possible.
- We ship our orders on a daily basis, from 9am to 2pm, except holidays and weekends.
- Shipping time and processing time are separate.
- All our Press on Nails are hand made by one person.
- Ready to ship Press on Nails RTS(meaning they are in stock and are made a head of time) usually takes 2-5 business days to process and ships immediately.
- Rated B For Beauty LLC is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.
we are NOT responsible if you provide an incorrect mailing address and the package is delivered to that address. Only if there is error on our part. Will we assume responsibility.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen package.
We are not responsible for delayed package by USPS.
We cannot and do not ship Locally(Domesticshipping) or internationally to a postal(PO) box or mailing center. A physical address is required. CUSTOM FEES may apply. Some countries put a tax on orders that come in from other countries. This is a fee that you, the buyer, are responsible for. It is vital to research or have an understanding on the custom fees where you live. Some places require you to pay the fee before you are able to pick up your packages. Also when the package is being held in customs it may take an additional 1-5 days for them to inspect the package.
- If you should unfortunately receive a wrong item/s, we will gladly exchange it. We do not pay for return shipment.

Please to send videos/pictures of wrong item/s in original packaging with tracking number and pay for return shipping. Lashes, beauty products and all other items must be in it's original condition and packaging. They cannot be used, worn, torn modified, cut or damaged. No exchanged is allowed unless evidence of goods have been sent back to us within 14 days of receiving it.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with item/s in original packaging and original condition.
Proof can be your tracking number along with email and mailing address used during purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted.
Any item that has been returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted. And you will have to pay for shipping to receive it back.
We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.

You will receive an email with a return label after the exchange has been approved by us, only if we have sent a wrong item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item/s.
All Pr-order items are shipped out in the order they were purchased.
Pr-Orders can take anywhere from 14-28 business days to be fulfilled.
For holiday seasons, please pr-order as early as possible as we can’t guarantee item/s will reach you in time for the holidays or with the days specified.
Pr-order items are done when a product is out of stock, we will purchase orders for these products after. Cancellation of Pr-orders must be done within 24 hours of purchased.
Upon making an order and stock becomes available order will be fulfilled immediately.
Unfortunately, when you agree to a pre-order you accept our terms of service that it is not going to come right away. It should ship out by the date posted, but delays may happen. All pre-orders will ship within 14-28 business days. During sales this policy is the same. Your order may take up to 14-28 business days. All wigs will ship within the time frame as mentioned below depending on the quantity of your order production.
LASH SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
You will be billed for your first box the day that you subscribe to Blossom lash boxes for the subscription box that you have chosen. Your next payment will automatically be scheduled for the 15th - 18th of each following month, per your subscription term, moving forward.
EXAMPLE: If you sign up on November 30th, you will be charged immediately -which will be for your December box.

Once you have been billed for a new subscription activation or a subscription renewed we are not able to offer a refund, return, or exchange
Cancellation occurs after two subscription cycle.
If you have bought other products with your lash subscription boxes, these items will be delivered the same time as your subscription period.
All Monthly Subscription boxes ships between the 15th - 18th of every month. Example: If you made a purchase on the 19th of January your box will be shipped in the following month.

OUR WIG POLICY:
Processing & Shipping time for wigs
Processing period is extended for Wigs
Once the hair is bought from us all wigs are made FREE.
Currently all wigs are made to order, all wigs are machine made.
All US packages are shipped using USPS Priority Mail.
Made to order wigs take 7-14 business days to process.
Processing involves receiving the hair from our vendor and making of the wig.
Your wig will be shipped immediately after it is made.
- Due to the nature of this business, there will be no refunds on Ready to Ship Wigs, Made to Order Wigs or Wig Construction Services.
- Due to the nature of our product, and federal health regulations, all of our hair extensions are final sale. We do not offer refunds on any hair extension purchases.
- We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.
Returns are not accepted. If you are unsatisfied with your wig after receiving it, we will try our best to fix or correct it to your liking. But no refunds or exchanges will be rendered.
Please understand that you will pay for shipping for the fixing of the wig. Also because our wigs are carefully constructed and are made FREE, if you buy the hair from us, there will be a service change of $50 to fix the wig.
If you have placed an order and you cancel after 48 hours, there will be a 30% fee deducted. Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of original purchase date.
